“We had to call the local number on the closed office door to find out how to enter our room. We did not get this information from Expedia and we were unable to connect with Expedia on my phone because of poor service in the area. The local woman who answered the phone was very helpful and the room is just what we expected.”

“I am glad I chose this hotel because it was much quieter and away from the highway compared to most other options. Plus the historical feel and all the trees added to the ambiance. The staff were super helpful and accommodating by helping me print a resume and with check in. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated.”

“Cute bnb style. It’s an old house as most bnbs are which makes it fantastic. Heavy doors. Clawfoot tub and residence was very relaxing. Would absolutely come back! It’s nice that things were available to eat in the morning!”

“I stay there everytime we went to glenwood spring, the room and services always good. Just one thing wired since when hotel charged money for parking, but the front desk lady gave us water and snacks instead, fair enough.”
